Fab campsite recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for really great UK campsites which are ideally

• close to a nice pub
• great playground
• something fun for kids eg pool or little River or something
• close to nice day trips

We are seasoned campers and really open to suggestions this year - happy to consider all areas except Cornwall!

Kids are all under 6 so properly little. We normally go to quite sites but I'm very open to suggestions this year

Castle Cary Caravan Park in Dumfries and Galloway.
Brilliant pool with a lovely wee cafe, pub onsite, play park, lots of lovey beaches nearby… Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Lots of other places to visit . And not too busy

Nolton Haven Bay campsite in Pembrokeshire - basic campsite, beautiful place. There’s a lovely one near St David’s too but more expensive. Quiet and friendly all over that area. We loved it with two young kids.

Clippesby Hall in Norfolk is lovely. Pub/restaurant, shop, mini golf, play areas, games room, tennis courts. Lovely setting but not too far from the Norfolk broads or coast

Pitch Perfect Woolverton, small but great campsite not far from Longleat.

River Dart in Devon.

Easton Farm Park

Norden Farm, Corfe Castle, Dorset. Perfect in every way!

Rozel Camping Park in Jersey. It’s fabulous.
