Legoland Windsor - Hotel Recommendations?

We are looking at going to Legoland during half term, however having never been to Windsor / Slough - I have no idea on hotels.

As a package deal I am being offered;

Holiday Inn Express T5
Doubletree by Hilton Woking
Holiday Inn Slough - Windsor
Doubletree by Hilton St Anne's Manor

Are any of these are good for a night with two under 5's? Also do any of them have FREE parking - I can't seem to find one that doesn't charge - I assume due to the fact it's near Heathrow?

The Doubletree St Anne’s Manor has free parking and is suitable for small children as it has a spacious outside garden for them to run around in and dinner is served from 6pm. The restaurant is quite posh and pricey though, but there’s a pub called the Oakingham Belle within walking distance with a decent kids menu. There’s also a bonus indoor pool!

St. Anne's Manor, definitely - free parking, nice grounds, decent pubs, cinema down the road if you wanted anything extra.

We stayed at somewhere called willow court farm, we absolutely loved it there, it was almost better than legoland!

I did look at that but it's quite expensive for just one night, looks lovely though
