Holiday complex in Cornwall - ideas?

Hi all! Currently researching a holiday for May / June in Cornwall and looking for ideas as there are so many options when I Google it's hard to find what I'm looking for! So has anyone been anywhere that fits this criteria: nice self catering accommodation on a complex with a pool, playpark would be good too, close to a beach (ideally walking distance) and some nice places to eat (we don't mind driving). Not looking for caravans, more of a cottage type place. Bonus points for a nice view! It's for 2 adults and a 2 year old. Last year we went to Maenporth near Falmouth and loved it, so we may go back there but it would also be nice to explore somewhere different! Thank you :)

If you click on the 'walking' section it suggests beaches are within walking?

Broomhill Manor

www.bedruthan.com/

Both very lovely hotels in north Cornwall

Not Bedruthan any more.

Please see Tripadvisor for lack of childcare facilities. They don't provide much at all now compared to even 3 years ago.

No softplay, no outdoor play area, no kids clubs, no games room.....

Landal Gwel an Mor in Portreath. Meets your criteria and also has a great soft play on site (extra charge). I can't fault the accommodation it's spotless every time. Also has a wonderful restaurant on site with sea views as does the pool and most of the accommodation. There are wonderful walks from the site, including down to the beach and even more a short drive away.
The provide everything you need for your toddler for free, blackout blinds, cot or bed guard, plastic bowls & cutlery, high chair, you can also request a pushchair!

This looks lovely but Bodmin is most definitely not a seaside location.

Another vote for Gwel an Mor. It’s not a short walk to the beach though. The sea view lodges with the hot tubs are fab.

Atlantic reach nr Newquay

Although my choice would also be Gwel an Mor in Portreath. Big hill to walk back up from the beach though!
