Anyone reccomend anywhere in Ambleside good for evening meal?

In Ambleside itself or surrounding area?

The Drunken Duck pub is incredible but you will need to book quite far in advance.

Zefferelli's is great if you are OK with completely vegetarian menu. Lovely inside and great service, food gorgeous too.

Ambleside Tap Yard does a lovely pizza and beer.

See if Kysty or The Old Stamp House have any tables or last minute cancellations. And Zeferellis, as above.

It's a few years since i've been but Lucy's on a Plate used to be good. Their website is a bit weird though!
