63 year old hen do! Help!

Trying to organise my mums hen do, she wants a big house in the UK not too far (we are south east)

With entertainment, places to eat and go to a few pubs here and there but nothing manic. Any ideas?

Brighton? Or does that have the potential to be too manic?
I'd start by looking for houses that meet your accommodation requirements as that's often the hardest part of organising these things, then prioritise them based on location.
