Hi. What do you think I should look for to avoid pitfalls when travelling with teenagers to a uk holiday cottage?

Don’t try and get them up early. Maybe do a list of about 10 activities and don’t drag them
Along to anything they say they aren’t interested in.
Most teenagers love to eat out.
Maybe let them do the cooking one night.

Not to make assumptions but I think generally it would be advisable to check the cottage has wifi.

Find plenty for them to do locally, why not set them a budget and let them plan some meals and trips / activities?
Oh yes and check the internet connection!

Good wifi, walking distance to town or village centre, their own bedrooms.

Feed them nice food. Let them opt out sometimes. Wi-Fi.

Might be a bit small? It says two bedrooms but only has a picture of one, and it is 'ideal for a couple', which makes me think bedroom 2 is tiny. Can your teenagers share a (potentially very) small room?

Looks tiny! Need somewhere bigger I think?
