Hi

Me and DH have 4 days off this week.

We've been wanting to go Scotland but due to the COP event that's a no go.

Looked at Cornwall but the weather for this week looks miserable.

Where else could we go?? Wales but what's there to do???

Can't leave U.K. Been to London already.

Budget is around £450 ish- we don't drink, have dietary requirements (halal food)

Any recommendations

Thanks in advance

Wales has lots of nice places to see..if you both are into city breaks then Cardiff is a nice spot with lots of shopping places like the arcade and market and also has halal places to eat..if you both are into countryside and rural retreats then Brecon Beacons is nice has great scenery, mountains, there's the four waterfall walk. When we visited, we camped and cooked mostly ourselves, bbq'd or ate only vegetarian stuff (also have the halal requirement)

Wales also has Snowdonia but I haven't been there so don't know much..

Also, forgot to add Cotswolds is really nice and 4 days out there would be really peaceful. There's so many villages to see and I just love the scenery..unsure of how the weather would be because it is a hilly area so might be cold. But also depends where you are based and if travel time is something that bothers you..

Bath is nice and has indoor attractions like the spa and the roman baths if the weather is on the cooler or wet side.

Bristol. Plenty to see and there's a massive Muslim population so Halal shouldn't be a problem.

Brighton?

City break - Liverpool, York, Bath.
Or Peak District (for Chatsworth & outdoorsy stuff).
