Things to do in Eastbourne?

Can anyone recommend any fun things to do in Eastbourne?
Age ranges between 12-60, looking for mostly stuff for the younger ones

Sovereign centre
Treasure Island adventure golf or Helen Garden mini golf
Miniature steam railway and maze

I live in the same county and just saw an advert for Ninja Warrior Eastbourne. Looks quite cool!

Beachy Head, Birling Gap, Cuckmere Haven and the Seven Sisters are worth a visit.

Failing that you could take a trip to Brighton which has plenty going on.
