Hotel recommendations Cornwall/Devon/Dorset

I’m looking to book somewhere for a special birthday. Just one night (sadly). I’d like somewhere in a pretty location that does amazing food. Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Boringdon Hall Hotel & Spa.
Gorgeous hotel, brilliant food and a lovely spa.

They have a sister hotel in Newquay if you were after sea views instead, but it's more expensive.

Burgh Island also lovely.

Christchurch Harbour Hotel and Spa. It’s amazing.

The Watergate Bay hotel in Cornwall. It’s bliss!

Beacon House Hotel near St Agnes - it's a lovely location, room was nice, staff were well-trained and the food is really special.
