North Devon with teens / mobility issues?

hi all, I'm looking for some ideas of what to do in a week in North Devon with teenagers, including one that has mobility issues (can only walk limited distances).
We'll hopefully spend some time on the beach and will do some body boarding, but looking for some more things to do, particularly ones that don't involve much walking!

The Ilfracombe seasafari rib rides look fun, or there’s the Ilfracombe Princess if you’re after something a bit more sedate.
There are Easiglide segways at Ilfracombe.
There’s an old fashioned cliff railway at Lynton. At there top there are views across the Bristol Channel to Wales and a restaurant.
The factory experience at Dartington Crystal is good and there’s an area where you can have a go at glass painting.
You can also get tours round the factory and farm at Quince Honey Farm.

I recommend the Norse Hawk Activity centre-they do sessions for ages 11 and over -how to throw Viking axes.my DGD had a party there for her birthday and really enjoyed it.It’s in Bishop’s Tawton near Barnstaple if that’s near where you’re staying.
