Does anyone know if these are open as normal now? As in not having to book up?
Eg the National Gallery, the V and A

I've looked at the websites but they're a bit vague,.

Hi, it depends on the museum. In general advance booking is recommended to guarantee entry.

The Natural History Museum for example is fully booked until 16 August although if they have capacity they will allow walk-ups. National Gallery also allows walk-ups, if they have capacity.

V&A is now closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for the next couple of years. You can turn up but may have to wait for entry. Paid exhibitions need booking in advance, especially Alice. More tickets are released every Tuesday.

National Portrait Gallery is closed for refurbishment.

Hope this helps!
