On Sunday I will need to drive from Canterbury back to London. Given that the match is at 8 pm, I’m wondering what time to set off? I’m nervous of being stuck in a jam of people frantically getting home for the match . I am not an experienced driver, I’ll be in a hire car. Should I leave well before the match? I don’t want to leave it till 8pm even though I imagine the roads will be lovely and quiet. Grateful for any advice.
