I've just booked a couple of rooms for 4/5 nights at a Travelodge. The booking appeared to go through, the payment says pending on my bank account, but I've not received a confirmation email as yet, and don't have a confirmation booking number.
Is this normal? If so, is there a lag before you receive it? It's over £700, hence why I'm
concerned...
Also for those that have stayed in a Travelodge recently, have they stopped doing cooked breakfasts and supplying breakfast boxes instead?

I can't help you with the payment, but I have stayed in one recently and they are doing breakfast.

My oh had this with Travelodge so completed transaction twice and ended up paying twice. Had to go through cs to get it refunded. Sorry don't know about the breakfast.

I can't get into my account. They don't recognise my password, and I need the booking reference ( which I don't have) to retrieve the account details

Can you go back into your “history” for the booking page, screenshot and keep the reference number from there?

Then I would wait until tomorrow, I have often had issues but with Premier Inn website being faulty. I have learnt not to dive back in to correct it straight away as I have also ended up with double bookings, thinking the first booking had failed.
