Coventry - Ideas?

I'm visiting Coventry at the end of June, planned to go to the Herbert Gallery for the Two Tone exhibition and also see Coventry Cathedral. Any other places I must see? Would also love recommendations for reasonable restaurants and bars.

The music museum is supposed to be really good but if you’ve got the time, I’d take the train out to Kenilworth and visit the castle. It’s only a mile from the station.
Turmeric Gold is an amazing Indian restaurant that’s always winning awards. It does a meal deal on Thursdays and Sundays.

Depends how long you’re here for. Visit the cathedral ruins and then head to the Botanist for something to eat. The best city centre restaurant by far.

Only in Coventry for two days @Chillychangchoo, I've heard good reviews about the Botanist so will certainly visit there. Just wondered whether there was anywhere else that I shouldn't miss.

I recommend Spon Street @glasshouse

Thanks for the tip off for the Two Tone exhibition, that will be amazing and I hadn't heard about it. I grew up near Cov so find it fairly funny someone would go on holiday there Grin but the Transport Museum is massive and has some interesting stuff.
If you have a car at your disposal Stratford upon Avon is reasonably close by, I used to love going there especially in the Summer.
