Another New Forest one - sorry!

Looking to book a 3-night stay in the New Forest. I was planning on sometime in August. Is this an OK time? I was originally thinking May half term but I may be a bit late for this, and also it may not all be open by then.

I am looking for somewhere to stay. Ideally a boutique hotel, B&B, or something quirky or different. Any suggestions? There will be a family of 4 including 2 teenage boys.

Depends on your budget but the treehouses at Chewton Glen are lovely, definitely a bit different.

We had a lovely stay at the Kings Head Whiteparish last year. It's accommodation linked to a pub and had interconnecting rooms with a little courtyard outside. It's on the edge of the New Forest, just outside it I think.
