Holiday after A levels

My DD wants to go away with a group of 4 friends (18 and one 17) after A level course finishes. She was thinking Center Parcs but apparently one needs to be 21. Anyone got any suggestions? None of them can drive so wouldn't want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do. Any advice welcome!

You don't say where you live but there is a great youth hostel in the centre of Brighton which has private bunk rooms with en-suite facilities; there is almost certainly something similar in many other UK cities. Pubs should be open, if not clubs.
It might not be quite as wild as a fortnight in Faliraki but it's the best they can expect this year.
