Raintree House Holidays

I'm having real trouble with Raintree House Holidays and getting a refund back. Is anyone else struggling with this Patrick Cherry fellow? He seems like a terribly rude man.

We are having trouble with Raintree House Holidays and just wondered whether you managed to solve your issue with them?

They were very difficult to deal with. I think that Patrick Cherry guys plan is to keep whining about how unfair you are being until you give up. The whole experience with Raintree House Holidays was negative. I’ll never use them again, it’s a shame as they do have some nice properties but the customer service was awful. We did end up getting a partial refund but we had to really fight for it.

Thank you for coming back to me, he sounds a tricky man to deal with, some reviews on Trust Pilot also confirm this. We’ll certainly never use them again and can but hope for a sensible resolution to our issue.
