Anglesey hidden gems

I’m returning to Anglesey for a week soon, and would like to visit places that I haven’t before - some hidden gems. I ‘think’ I know the island fairly well, but there must be some places I haven’t been to. Can be inland or coastal, but would like an area of beauty/interest to walk with my dog.
Additionally, any cafes/pub/restaurants with great views other than the obvious (e.g. Red Wharf Bay).
Please can locals/Anglesey ‘experts’ point me in the right direction

The coastal path walk from Amlwch Port to Llaneilian is lovely. There’s a small shale beach that is sheltered.

Black seal in Trearddur ? Bay?
There’s a lovely seafood restaurant just as you approach Rhosneigur ? from the direction of the mainland or as you leave it if in the island So sorry spelling is probably wrong. The walk to south stack light house from ednyfeld is lovely too as it the walk to the highest trig point in that neck of the wood

Golden fry chippy in Benllech is phenomenal too

Parys Mountain is amazing, it's like being on a different planet.

Church Island in the Menai Strait is interesting, and you can walk back up towards Menai Bridge for a great view of the bridge.

Plas Newydd is nice if you like gardens. And there's some fab gardens between Menai and Beaumaris, I can't remember what they're called but google should tell you.

There's a working windmill with a nice cafe if they're open - again, google the name!
