Heading there tomorrow.
Going to do Newborough beach I think, maybe the zoo there, can you recommend anywhere to visit while there?
Thanks all.

I love Anglesey. One of the best places to go with kids.
Lots of great little attractions, we loved the Sea Zoo, a farm with this massive bouncy cushion, lovely beaches, excellent restaurant at Church Bay (nice cafe & beach there too). Parys mountain. The model village is perfectly kitch too.

Angelsey Sea Zoo, Beaumaris Castle, South Stack, Llandwyn Island (off Newborough Beach), Treaddurr Bay - the Sea Shanty Cafe is lovely, Rhoscolyn Bay - there’s a pub called The White Eagle which is fab, Benllech Beach, Moelfre, Rhosneigr beach for water sports, Beaumaris pier got crabbing, Cemaes beach is lovely and there is a little fish and chip shop up the hill which is well worth a visit. Church Bay beach is a gorgeous little cove with a cafe at the side for snacks, Lligwy Beach is beautiful and again has a lovely cafe with a really friendly owner. You can walk the coastal path and see seals if you are lucky.
I don’t live there (nor work for the tourist board!) but my parents had a caravan there in the 80’s so I’ve been going every year since then - now with my own family and I love the place.
Prepare for 4 seasons in one day and for different weather at different sides of the island! And enjoy, I’m jealous as I don’t think we’ll make it there this summer.

Hee hee, I’m all about the food! Also forgot Dylan’s in Menai Bridge is child friendly, good food and if it’s warm and you can get a table on the deck then it’s a fabulous view.

I’m thinking coastal path, would make my year to see seals, true privilege.
Wellies and waterproofs at the ready!
