Family friendly weekends away

Looking to book a long weekend or few days away over the Easter holidays within the UK.

Don't want to spend a fortune but equally prepared to spend enough to get somewhere decent. Kids love swimming so would like a good indoor pool. Kids are 8 and 5.

Based near the Cotswolds but happy to travel up to 3 hours away.

Any suggestions?

North Wales is good and quite compact once there you never have to drive far to see or do something.

Was about to suggest Center Parcs then reread that you didn't want to spend a fortune!

How about something like a haven holiday? Or Butlins?

Any haven sites you'd particularly recommend?

Should have said, not North Wales as the in laws live there and would take over our break uninvited
