Weekend in Canterbury

DH and I have decided on Canterbury for a weekend away in April - can anyone recommend somewhere nice for dinner and good pubs & cocktail bars? We already have a hotel booked in the centre and would like a good steakhouse type place for dinner or really amazing pub food? Also anywhere good for brunch on Sunday? TIA!

The Dolphin is a nice pub with good food.
The Falstaff hotel is good for cocktails.
The Ambrette has great asian fusion food.

Bramley's is my absolute favourite cocktail bar - their amaretto sours are a thing of beauty. I think it's on Orange street.
