Definitely go for a drink / meal down the quay they have disabled parking or it's easy from town in a wheelchair. Visitor information places are there too.

Haldon Forest is a drive away but has some trails suitable for wheelchairs. Exmouth lovely along the seafront.

Avoid Topsham narrow pavements and darts farm always too busy.

Shopping in town.. the cathedral, the museum in town RAMM has a lift accessible toilets and is free.

Hope you have a lovely time!
