Spa break recommendations: Central England

Meeting with friends who’ll be coming from Manchester, West Yorkshire and Bristol. Somewhere equidistant (or somewhere in West Yorkshire) with pool and nice countryside would be good.
Any recommendations much appreciated.

Moddershall oaks in Staffordshire is fabulous.

Also considering hotels without advertised ‘spa breaks’ as they seem expensive.

Hoar Cross Hall is amazing but its a few years since I went there.

Coniston Spa between Settle and Skipton - just gorgeous. Part of a country estate. Fabulous views from the spa and an equally amazing hotel nearby. Feeling a tad envious at the prospect! Have a wonderful time

Ragdale Hall is amazing. The only problem is, now I’ve been there no where else seems good enough, and it’s not cheap!!

Eden hall has a fab reputation.
