Has anyone stayed in the redwood and pinewood apartments?

Do you have any preference?

Thanks!

We stayed in the Redwood Apartments for a weekend in Early February 2016. Ours was well equipped with a kitchenette and the bathroom was a decent size. The apartment itself was rustic, but also looking a touch tired - you could see where light fixtures had been removed from the wall and the damage had not been repaired and bits like that. Nothing major but did give the impression that the apartment was due a make-up. Overall the room was nice and cosy, with a cute terrace overlooking the woods.
The downside of the Redwood Apartments is all the guests are staying very much on top of each other. The person in the apartment about us brought his guitar (and stamped along in time).

We’ve stayed in both - slight preference for Pinewood as you walk across the path and up some steps straight in to the back of the main swimming pool / restaurant area. Ideal when it’s raining or if you have young children .
