Warwick Castle help/advice needed?

What's is this like for pre-school children?? I will be taking a 10 year old, just five, nearly 4 and 2 year old birthday girl?

Will the 2 year old enjoy it? She doesn't like the pushchair anymore but just runs away unless occupied and involved - she loves Chessington.

hmm depends if there's anything on, Obviously its an old castle with lots of things to see but no rides or anything. She will enjoy St Nicholas park over teh road more. The others will enjoy it though

she will probably be quite happy being loose just think I will spend my day running after her and not seeing anything? We have annual passes so it's not costing anything but time & petrol.

Lots of room to run about but plenty of open water also so you will need to keep an extra sharp eye out if she is a "runner" like my 2yo DD! (sorry hope that didn't sound patronising), if you take a picnic and ome outdoor games stuff it may help a bit , enjoy!

Depends what is on, as forsale says. Falconry displays? Jousting? Really cool dragon (called Kickwar) who wanders around? The Madame Tussauds bits are, IMHO, dull as dishwater whatever age you are!

We went a few months ago with my then 5 yo and 20 mo DSs. We had an enjoyable day (DS1 loved it) but it was a bit of a pain with the youngest, because there are a lot of areas where you're not meant to go, e.g. there is a sign saying to not walk on the grass in one area, and DS2 actually set of the alarm when I attempted to look inside and he tried to get under a display rope. There is a large area just outside which is great - there were a lot of things going on when we were there - but I was on tenderhooks inside.

perhaps we will go if I can leave dd4 behind then - it's hard keeping an eye on her with 3 others who will want to do big girl things!
