Alternative to centre Parcs

We've been to longlet centre Parcs pre children and loved it. But with three kids it's very expensive as we need a 3 bed lodge.

Was thinking of using a inset day to go and hope it's cheaper but looking it's still almost £700 a weekend.

We've been to bluestone - not that impressed and don't think it compared to centreparcs but the kids love the play area and pool.

Is there anywhere in the southwest that compares to centre Parcs that's a max two hours from Bath? Thanks

Forest Holidays - no pool but they do do activities. I think the Cornish one is called Deerpark.

European CP used to be (possibly still are) considerably cheaper.

Watching with interest. I've not found anywhere any cheaper than CP that looks comparable, in the U.K.
No I don't want to go to CP in Europe as I don't want the travel time.

We've booked Warmwell Holiday Park in Dorset this year. It's possibly over two hours away. I suspect it isnt comparable, but it's what we can afford.

We had a fabulous holiday a few years ago at Torridge House Cottages. Again probably not comparable, but the children loved the daily animal feeding and the outdoor pool.

Ive never been to Centre Parcs though. When children were tots, I didn't think they'd love it anymore than a cottage. Then when they got to an age they would love it, we were dictated to by school holidays.

Never been but Finlake in Devon looks rather lovely.
