Hi all, I experienced a horrendous stay at Holiday Inn Eastleigh where I requested a cot before I went, got there and there wasn't one in my room. Over the course of 6 hours I asked three times only by 7pm to be told all the cots were broken and I had to ask for duvets to settle her on the floor safely so I could be free to get my three year old ready for bed etc. The next day they sat us at a table where staff carried plates and cleaning items over her head. I was promised a refund but they've been ignoring me for 4 weeks now so I've posted on twitter and I'm just asking if you guys can retweet it please? My name on there is @emrev
Please know I didn't want to do this but the wall of silence over our poor treatment and putting my baby at risk has somewhat shocked and angered me. Many thanks.
