So my. Children were with a child under for just over year, she terminated contract with immediate effect of confidentiality but before that she had breached it many times by saying about other children, and other policies were not met she keeps referring to contract but I never had a copy, she’s also put a plaster on my child knowing full well he is allergic to plasters which I have proof of her saying about it ! Someone said I can do a claim through insurance, she’s on about taking me to court as she messed about with fees when I said I had paid her not enough, can she take me to court to get apprently the money I owe her ? As I have proof of what I paid and what is written down on paper to do with fees !
