Weekend break

Looking for book a spa break over Easter, we live in Bristol so don't want to do Bristol/Bath. DH is from Cotswolds so that's another no go and I'm from wales so would rather stay away from there! Does anyone have any recommendations please?x

Cambridge.
The Varsity Hotel would be my specific recommendation due to to its central location and gorgeous river views from the jacuzzi.
Nearby there are some interesting museums, lovely places to eat, lots of small independent shops, riverside walks and of course punting!

Dartmouth or Salcombe. Dart Marina is nice Spa hotel, as are Salcombe Harbour and South Sands. Dartmouth is lovely pottering town. Nice coastal walks, fabulous restaurants, trips up the river etc.
