Big luxurious houses in UK to rent over New Year? Any ideas?

I have all my family coming over to the UK from Australia at Christmas time and I need to rent a big beautiful house in the UK (not Scotland - too far from London) - i've been on the bighouseco and the bigcottage websites - but everything seems to be booked.

Does anyone else have suggestions?
