Swansea train station

We've got 90 minutes between trains at Swansea train station on 27th December. I've never had to hang around there for that long with a 4yo.
What is there to do aside from go to the hotel for a hot drink?

Walk on the beach, although may be a tad chilly. The station is not far from the town centre.

Thanks. I've managed to find a train with a shorter connection time (the joys of Christmas train travel). I'd never have thought about the beach though.
