Commuting Liverpool to Dublin

An opportunity has come up for me to study my dream course in Dublin. DP has also been offered a job package near Dublin. However, 3SD who we don't want to disrupt their education too much. How practical would commuting from Liverpool to Dublin be? D's will be y2,y6 and y10 which would be disruptive so if we did it we would have to stay in lpool for 2 years. I would also work part time (nhs) in lpool for the 4 years of my course, which is less than full time. DPs job wouldn't start for at least a year, so it will be me initially.

And then we'd move to Ireland's at the appropriate time. We are also both eligible for Irish citizenship. T.I.A xx
