Cardiff hotel?

Looking for a nice hotel to stay in Cardiff for a weekend. Anybody know anywhere nice please?

It depends what you want it for?

St David's hotel is nice but down Cardiff Bay. Holm House is nice but in Penarth.

In the city centre, Jolyon's @ Number 10 is nice as is the Park Plaza. I've also heard good things about the Clayton.

Thanks so much I'll look those up, it's for 4 friends who want to go out for dinner and enjoy some bars etc but we are 40s so want to enjoy our surroundings also!

The Novotel is nice if you want a pool. You can walk to the bay or the centre quite easily.

Bay = Exchange Hotel or St Davids
City = Park Plaza or Royal Hotel. Plus you've got the usual chains such as Hilton, Marriott, Radison Blu, Jury's etc
