After a bit of advice from anyone in the know, myself, dh and ds are going to Longleat in a couple of months, have a lodge that sleeps 4. My in laws want to come along and come in one evening (can only arrive late afternoon-ish) and we wanted them to come in, see the lodge, have dinner etc.

From what I can see the day passes are £35 each, which seems crazy for just a few hours. They're staying in a caravan park close by so won't be trying to stay over etc.

Can anyone suggest the best way we can do this without having to spend the £70?! Many thanks for any suggestions! Smile

I am afraid there isn't a way of getting them in without paying the £70. My sister and her family only visited for a few hours in the evening to join us for a drink while we were at CP and they had to pay the full day pass.

Pants. Think we'll have to meet outside of the park then, there's no way I'm spending that! (Tight)

£70 for a day seems reasonable when you think how much you pay per day for your break.

If you've got a spare bed in the lodge, put one of them down as a guest and then you wont have to pay for that person.

Sneak them in in the car boot

if lodge is for four and you only three then you add one of the IL as a guest for the lodge. so you only pay day pass for one
