young family 7 and 4 years old - News eve - where to spend with access to water park?

I looked at cbbces hotel - one new years eve + 2 days water park + New years dinner etc would cost us £500. Any other places where we could go/ ask for prices?

Only centreparcs which would cost more.
Butlins?
Bluestone?
Not water parks but pools

Alton towers?

What about having nye at home then find something for the night of the 1st Jan? We did this last year, so much cheaper!!
