Manchester recommendations - child free!

Heading to Manchester with DH for a couple of nights.

We don't know the city at all so any recommendations would be appreciated!

We're staying at Radisson Blu Edwardian and have tickets for a show.

Go to Manchester House for cocktails - fab roof terrace. El Gato Negro has very good tapas as does Evuna especially the one in the Northern Quarter.

I've googled them and all seem to be in easy(ish) reach of our hotel. I love tapas (and cocktails, obviously!) so I'll dedinitely check them out.

We have been to Manchester before, but only once. I'm ashamed to say we can't remember much about it.

Hawksmoor is great for amazing steaks or Australasia for sushi. Both are on Deansgate and a 3min walk from your hotel. Loads of great cocktail bars in spinningfields and also in the Northern Quarter.
