Unusual b and b for family of 4 Kent or Sussex

Hi, am looking or an unusual place to stay for a special birthday. i.e lighthouse, tree house, windmill for one or two nights. Everywhere I find is geared for 2 people only. Any ideas anyone? Kids are 6 and 9 and we want to go in March.

Hi Port Lymph a bit pricey and Landmark Trust doesn't seem to have B & B's.

No - Landmark Trust only has buildings, for self-catering as far as I know.

B&B for 'garden lovers' is one organisation we stayed at many years ago:
