Cardiff-things to do!

We are off to Cardiff soon and would like some suggestions of things to do.

We have been before and have done St Fagins, Caerphilly Castle, the Cardiff museum, Castle Coch, Techniquest, Big Pit, Rhondda Heritage park and the Swansea show caves.

Is there anything else you'd recommend!? We went to the Dr Who experience about 10 years ago and found it v short and overpriced but someone told me its moved and is quite different now-can anyone confirm that? What about Cardiff castle?

Any other suggestions!?

Cardiff Castle is fun - Victorian bling-bling (lots of gold leaf on the wall). Pay the extra to go around the castle proper.

The castle, boat trip in the bay? Either speedboat splash or a trip up from the bay to the castle. White water rafting centre, Barry island beach seafront and funfair. Roath park - lake with row boats and lots of playgrounds and a butterfly house.

If you do the Castle you could then walk a few min to the river boat which docks just by the the bridge in Sophia Gardens.
It takes you over to Cardiff bay, lots of bars, places to eat even if you'd just like to get ice creams/coffee.
