We've been to Croyde (north Devon) for two years running. Love that you can walk to the beach, spend hours body boarding and the whole village. But would like to go some where different next year.

Needs to be walking distance to the beach and have WA WA for body boarding/surfing. Also a few shops and pubs near by.

Happy to stay in a house/apartment or on a holiday park.

Any recommendations? Tia

How about Polzeath, Bude or Perranporth? All Cornwall.

I've been here and was very impressed based on the price and what's there. www.hoseasons.co.uk/lodges/black-rock-beach-resort-blkr

The accommodation is lovely and on site is the beach, shop and restaurant. Looe is within a 15 minute walk (up hills though) but we pretty much stayed on site all week as we took our own kayaks and body boards.
