Weekend holiday cottage for 12

I'm looking for a suitable house/cottage to rent for a weekend in September for a family birthday. 12 people adults/kids of mixed ages. Can't seem to find anything, didn't think it would be too difficult a request. Can anyone recommend anywhere they have been to ?
