Hotels in Edinburgh

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in Edinburgh that might have availability over the Easter weekend? It's for 2 adults and 3 children so would need 2 rooms.

Stayed in Edinburgh once at a hotel called Waverley, I think. Don't stay there, the staff were horrible.
