Edinburgh restaurant suitable for hens

Just wondering if there's anyone who can help my DSis who is organising a hen do in Edinburgh city centre and looking for somewhere nice to eat at night? I'd been to the Mussel and Steak place last time I visited but their website says no hen parties. I guess they are looking for somewhere with good food and wine, not too intimate for hens in their 30s (if that makes a difference?!) ...

I was at a hen lunch last week at Calistoga - food and service were great.
We had a private room that sat about 18 I think.

Oh now what's that Spanish place called? It will come back to me... Rose street used to be a good place to go.

Candy bar in George street? Nice cocktails, went to hen there a few years ago and was good fun.

We ate at Le Monde on a hen do. Food and wine were good, not great, but had quite a hen night feel.
