Hi just after abit of advice, I've had stomach ache for about 4-5 hours this morning, but it's not cramps it's as if I had runs (sorry if tmi) except I haven't got the runs!! Did have a Chinese last night so wondering if it's that or is it completely normal to get tummy aches? I'm only 14 weeks so could it just be baby or something inside growing/stretching? First baby so every little thing is a worry!!
