Midpoint between Poole and Croydon?

Need to find somewhere nice to stay for family member's birthday - max 2 hrs driving from both places. Any suggestions on area please?

Mmm been there loads of times. When I say midpoint I didn't mean necessarily literally - we could travel East or west a bit maybe?!

Thanks Mary. I did think of Chichester and round that way. It's lovely. I was originally trying to think of somewhere none of us had been too but tbh between us we've covered most areas I'm thinking of!!
