UK holiday 2016 recommendations

Hi all,
Please can you recommend a UK 7 day holiday for me,DH, dd4 and ds3. Early\mid July 2016

Wish list
£2k budget, great food, lots to do day and night whether good or bad weather. Seaside. Anywhere in UK. Any type of accommodation but definitely luxury if poss. Hopefully with kids club and maybe spa.

We've booked to go to Broadgate Farm Cottages next July. It's easy to get to the beach with a variety of places to visit and good places to eat out.

Isles of Scilly? You would have to book ASAP as it gets booked up early. Great place for kids.
