Travel cots!

We are going on a short uk break in june and will have our 8 montj old with us. We have requested a travel cot to be put in the spare room of the caravan! But this worries me. what are the travel cots usually like, will she be comfy in it because they dont look it. she has only ever slept at home. Im going to take her own sheets but anybody recomend anything else i can do to help settle her. I have never stopped in a caravan before

Perhaps try to layer sheets or even pillows underneath her for additional comfort and support. A friend of mine faced a smilier issue and she swears by it. Hope this helps!

In the past we have,
bought a travel cot mattress from Mothercare they are thin but clean and comfortable,
Instead of using a travel cot used a bed guard on a single bed,
Used extra blankets to line the mattress but they tend to slip around.
