London Marathon

Can anybody recommend some good places to watch the London marathon this Sunday? My sister is running for the first time so dd (4) and I are coming to London to cheer her on. In the past I've cheered my dad on along the embankment but wondering where else is good to view?

DH is running this year and says that lots of friends who have run before have really appreciated people who came to support in the quieter spots in the City. I'm going out to Canada Water and Canary Wharf for that reason - and because there's a bit of a loop in the route there I should be able to catch him 2 or 3 times. Some encouragement in the less rammed sections must be really good I imagine.

I was thinking of heading that way. I've also watched at shadwell before, but quite like the idea of being able to cheer her on at the loop, thank you for that suggestion
