Hi I do one of these threads regularly and don't think it's helping. I want to know what a healthy bmi would be for a man and women to concieve. My bmi is 28.5 I occasionally eat healthy and I swim 2-3 times a week my fiancé isn't active and doesn't always eat healthily. I went to docs because I wasn't having periods and they took bloods and told me everything was normal. Whatever that means. Need advice

Also I know this will sound weird but I hate the feeling of sperm dribbling out and I have to wipe it if I feel it coming out. I tend to stick tissue or a tampon up there if I do feel it. Could this be effecting my chances of concieving. Please help.
