Hi,
Does anyone know what number bus I would need to get from London Euston to Victoria coach station please? I know the tube is quicker but I don't like going on it so overground it is Smile
thanks

no one direct bus.

get the tube you would be mad not to. why spend 50 minutes when you can do it in 10 ?

www.tfl.gov.uk/ put in start and finish scroll down to choose bus only

C2 from Euston road to Victoria train station. The coach station is about a 5/10 minute walk.

mrsharkness2 · 30/03/2015 15:24

Thank you. cestlavielife, I can't bear being underground, had a bit of a panic attack last time I went on the tube and am worried it will happen again. It's a nuicance and I wish I could just get on without worrying.
bloodyteenagers, would that just be one bus? It's the Apollo Victoria Theatre we are going to so don't actually have to go as far as the coach station.
Thanks ladies x

Yea it's one bus from Euston road to Victoria train station.
If you google C2 bus, you can see the route it takes and also view the timetable.

Alternatively you could get up to the Angel and get a 38 or 19. Both go direct to Victoria train station and are very regular.

I understand about the tube. I avoid them as much as possible.

Feckeggblue · 30/03/2015 15:32

Or the 73 and walk from Victoria. The c2 takes forever

Ilovenannyplum · 30/03/2015 15:33

I thought the 73 & 38 stopped outside Euston?
I might be very very wrong though!

bloodyteenagers · 30/03/2015 15:33

Also If you have a smart phone, download citymapper. Hasn't let me down yet.

mrsharkness2 · 30/03/2015 15:35

Thank you, that sounds do-able.

73 or 38 will take you to Victoria station and you can walk over to the coach station, about 5 minutes.

I love these bus routes as you get to see lots of London sights.

mrsharkness2 · 30/03/2015 15:42

The excuse I always use for getting bus rather than tube is that we won't see the sights if we're underground so these routes sound perfect!
are they direct?

Will download citymapper too, thank you.

73 or 38 from outside Euston

EsmetheWitch · 30/03/2015 17:26

They are direct but can take a while depending on traffic, diversions etc. give yourself a generous hour to get there.

TheCheeseAlarm · 30/03/2015 17:38

The 38 does not go near Euston.

The 73 is your best bet. The theatre is a very short walk from the final stop. It's a long journey but will take you directly there.

crimsonh · 30/03/2015 17:43

Download an app called Depart.
It has feed of departures of busses in London and you can easily find your bus stops too.

cestlavielife · 30/03/2015 17:44

sorry there are direct like c2 and 73 bus - tfl wasnt showing it as direct which is weird... !

cestlavielife · 30/03/2015 17:46

tho c2 you would need to walk a fair bit to pick it up...best go 73 .
