'Temp Single Parent' at Butlins

Hi All,
this is my first post, my wife is off for a long weekend with friends so I'm single parenting until Monday :)

So I am off to Butlins Minehead tomorrow and am wondering if anyone has tips on how to keep my 3 year old daughter entertained from 6AM until 7PM until Monday.

I'm fairly certain that the live shows are going to be a big hit; as might Angelina ballerina dance classes, arts and crafts, messy play, swimming etc.

What else should I look out for? As she is 3, are there any rides (other than the merry-go-round) that we can go on together? a lot of the stuff there is geared up for 5+yo.

It's not unusual for her to nod off in the buggy in an evening, is there somewhere I can go for some 'Daddy time' while she's asleep? (not too noisy but with a little atmosphere)

Thanks folks!
